The agreement between OneGrid and the people who use it.
OneGrid is software for running an artist management business: rosters, releases, contracts, statements, payouts, fan links, storefronts and advertising tools. It is provided as a subscription, and what is included depends on the plan.
We add, change and occasionally retire features. We will not remove something you depend on without notice.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Accounts are for the person or organisation they were created for. Do not share one login across people who should each have their own.
Do not use OneGrid to break the law, to send messages to people who did not agree to hear from you, to upload material you do not have the rights to, to attack or overload the service, or to work around its access controls.
Fan messaging carries its own rules: you may only text or email people who gave you permission, every message must offer a way out, and you must honour opt-outs. OneGrid enforces some of this for you; the obligation is still yours.
You keep ownership of everything you put into OneGrid — your contracts, your recordings, your fan lists, your numbers. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service for you.
You can export your data while your account is active. If you close your account we will delete it, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy page.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored on OneGrid's servers.
Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are not refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Where OneGrid moves money on your behalf — fan payments, storefront orders, artist payouts — it does so through Stripe. Timing and availability of those funds are Stripe's, not ours.
OneGrid gives you tools for releases, advertising and audience growth. It does not promise streams, followers, chart positions, sales, revenue, or any particular outcome from an advertising campaign. Recommendations the product makes — including anything generated automatically — are suggestions, not advice, and the decision is yours.
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Connecting Spotify, Meta, Google, Shopify, Stripe or any other account brings that provider's own terms with it. We are not responsible for their availability, their policy changes, or a decision they make about your account.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to [PLACEHOLDER — counsel to set the cap; the common form is the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim].
You can cancel at any time from your account. We can suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
